We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.
1. Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
2. What we have done
- Pages use headings, landmarks and labels that assistive technology can read, with a "Skip to content" link at the top.
- Every function works with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator. The industry tabs support arrow keys, and Escape closes the mobile menu.
- Text and controls meet WCAG AA color-contrast ratios.
- Images have text alternatives. Decorative images and the background map are hidden from screen readers.
- Form fields have visible labels, and errors are described in text and announced to screen readers.
- Animations are turned off when your device is set to reduce motion.
- Pages work at 200% zoom and on screens from 320 pixels wide without horizontal scrolling.
We test every page with automated accessibility checks (axe-core) and by keyboard before each release. The most recent review was on 27 October 2026.
3. Known limitations
- The chat window is provided by a third party (Tawk.to), and we cannot fully control its accessibility. You can reach us by email or phone instead.
- Case-study screenshots show software interfaces. Their text alternatives describe what they show rather than every detail on screen.
4. Feedback and help
If you have difficulty using any part of this website, or need information in another format, email info@metapointer.com with the subject "Accessibility", or call +91 90630 96230 or +1 (213) 677-0678. Tell us the page and the problem, and we will reply and help.
